By accessing or using the RazaStack website (razastack.com) and related services operated by Hassan Raza, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or engage our services.
These terms apply to visitors, prospects, and clients of RazaStack.
Services Description
RazaStack provides conversion-focused website design and development for US dental practices and home-service contractors, including Next.js builds, local SEO foundations, booking or estimate CTAs, optional CMS, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual quotes, plans, or statements of work.
Intellectual Property
- Website content. Text, graphics, logos, code samples, and materials on razastack.com are owned by RazaStack / Hassan Raza unless otherwise noted, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Client projects. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as specified in their project agreement. RazaStack retains the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques, patterns, and non-proprietary code developed during engagements.
- Portfolio use. Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may show completed public websites in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
User Responsibilities
When using our website or services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Not use our services for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or admin areas
- Not interfere with the proper functioning of the website
- Respect intellectual property rights of RazaStack and third parties
Project Agreements
Website and related projects are governed by separate quotes, plans, or statements of work that describe scope, timeline, payment, and deliverables. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the project agreement controls for that engagement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual proposals or invoices. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due as scheduled in the agreement. Late payments may pause work. Fees are typically quoted in U.S. dollars for US clients.
Confidentiality
We treat client business details, credentials, and unpublished content as confidential and use them only to deliver the engagement. You agree not to disclose RazaStack proprietary pricing, process details, or unpublished materials shared with you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RazaStack and Hassan Raza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services. Total liability for any claim related to a paid engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Warranty Disclaimer
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Client project warranties, if any, are limited to what is stated in the applicable project agreement.
Termination
Either party may end a project engagement as allowed in the project agreement. We may suspend or block website access for users who violate these Terms or abuse the contact form or admin systems.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to remote professional services provided to clients in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith; if unresolved, they may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction agreed by the parties or as required by law.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
